What counts as an AI resolve?

A ticket closed by an AI agent without a human touching it. Handoffs and escalations do not count.

Do unused AI resolves roll over?

No. Plan allotments reset monthly. If you regularly go over, annual contracts get volume pricing.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Is there a free tier?

We offer a 14-day Team trial with full features and no card. There is no permanent free tier.

Annual vs monthly billing?
